As you may know, we at Doctor’s Health Assurance Plan have brought cutting-edge technology and a wealth of medical information and experience to the processing of your biochemical tests. The results of this analysis allows us to determine a chart of recommendations that, if followed, will bring you as close to ideal health as can be attained by medical means given the circumstances and genetics.
Our analysis of your biochemical tests will evaluate your progress from your last medical lab check with our Comparative Report, that you have not yet received, which will indicate what areas are getting better and/or worse. All abnormalities need to be addressed immediately to prevent further body system damage.
As mentioned, the information you have received so far is not complete. In order to continue the recommended treatment, we require a total commitment on the client’s part, a signed Agreement, signed Payment Plan, and signed Authorization Form along with the requested information required to complete our nutritional comparative biochemical analysis. Special set of basic tests are free of charge with our trial membership agreement. This is a 2-year or 4-year commitment to learn about your health status.
